Moto3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the moto3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering an account or using any services on this platform. By using moto3, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the moto3 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The moto3 platform is an online entertainment and betting service intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform. 2. Account Creation & Security
Each user may only hold one active account on the moto3 platform. Registering more than one account — using the same name, phone number, email, address, or payment method — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. False or inaccurate details may result in your account being terminated without compensation. moto3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents or proof of address, particularly before processing withdrawals.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the moto3 support team immediately at: [email protected]. All activity carried out through your account will be considered your own unless proven otherwise.
- Only one account per user is permitted.
- Registration details must be accurate and up to date.
- Identity verification may be required before your withdrawal is processed.
- Password security is entirely the user's responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Moto3 platform users agree to use this service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the moto3 platform's technical infrastructure.
- Making fraudulent transactions, misappropriating funds, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
- Opening an account on behalf of another person or using someone else's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
- Distributing content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or constitutes a threat to other users.
Moto3 reserves the right to take immediate action against any user who violates these rules, including suspending accounts, seizing balances linked to fraudulent activity, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All deposits and withdrawals on the moto3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX and TNG eWallet, as well as selected bank transfers. Available payment methods may change from time to time based on operational requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each payment method are fixed and can be viewed under the Deposit section of your account. moto3 is not responsible for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks, e-wallet providers, or payment networks.
For withdrawals, users may be required to complete an identity verification process beforehand. moto3 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing if suspicious activity is detected. Any winnings obtained in violation of these terms may be forfeited without prior notice.

All content on the moto3 platform — including logos, interface design, text, icons, graphics, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of moto3 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from moto3.

Account Suspension & Closure
Moto3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if these terms are breached, including but not limited to: fraud, multi-accounting, document forgery, or activities that compromise platform security. In cases of closure due to user violations, balances associated with the problematic activity may not be refunded.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting moto3 customer support. Prior to closure, any valid balance that meets withdrawal eligibility requirements will be processed in accordance with standard procedures.
Changes to Terms
Moto3 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the most recent update date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.
Applicable Law
